Launchpad provides the capability to submit requests for various Activity types. The sections below provide detail about submitting the various request types.

Inspection Requests

**Note: If you are a new user or if this is the first time logging into Launchpad, click on the "New User" button. Enter your email address and you will receive an email with instructions how to change your account password.

  1. Login to Launchpad at https:///launchpad.nts-unitek.com
  2. From the left menu, click on “Launch Requests” and then “Inspection Requests”.
  3. Click the green “Create Inspection” button on the top left, a new request form will display.
  4. Select the applicable customer from the dropdown list. Note: The customer is the company paying for the inspection.
  5. Once the customer is selected, a list of applicable suppliers will be displayed, select the appropriate supplier.
  6. If the request is for Supplier Funded Activity, select the “Supplier Funded For” Company in the dropdown menu. If not, select “Not Applicable”.

    a. If this is for Supplier Funded Activity, a popup window will appear asking you to confirm or deny basic Supplier Funded Terms; click Accept (or Deny).

  7. If this is a recurring request, change the dropdown selection from No to Yes and then provide the Recurrence State Date, End Date and Type.
  8. If this is not a recurring request, enter the Date Requested. Note: This is the date you are requesting the inspector to be at your facility.
  9. Complete the following (if applicable).

    a. Comments b. Attachments: Click “Select the File” to upload any relevant files. Feel free to add a description of the file in Step 1 (optional).

  10. Enter the PO/Part details.
  11. Click on Submit and the request will be added into the system.
  12. You will receive a confirmation including the Launch Number assigned to the request and a link to view the request.

Additional Notes:

Please enter your request online at least 48 hours in advance of the required date; 72 hours in advance for international requests. To view previous launch requests, click “Inspection Requests” on the left menu, which will show you all previous requests that have been submitted. There are separate tabs for each status or you can also click on the “Advance” button to conduct an advanced search.
